How Curiosity Became a Career

I came to CPG through love.

Love of food. Love of culture. Love of the way products can carry a story, a place, a person’s whole life’s work in a single bite. And especially, love for the people.

I came to this work with an understanding that what’s on the table matters - not just for nourishment, but for community, identity, and connection. And my curiosity led me to food systems, then local producers, then to the question that’s driven everything since: what does it actually take for a good idea to become a brand people believe in?

That question took me inside on of the most influential natural food retailers in the world, and it’s never let me go.

Today I lead Whole Foods Market’s Local & Emerging Accelerator Program - connecting early stage and emerging brands to the ecosystem and knowledge they need to grow, and watching every day which ideas break through and why.
